Arrows: Digits along an arrow sum to the digit in the associated circle, and may repeat if allowed by the rules of sudoku.
Solve online:
Lösungscode: Column 1, followed by column 9 (18 digits, no spaces).

A fun flow, tricky near the end but it got resolved by some funny interactions, thanks for the puzzle :)

Got stuck in the end and needed to guess the 50/50 Chance on the Arrow in Box 7. Solved nicely after!

a bad deduction made me make a mess of this the first time :/ ..
I used color coding on the obvious pairs the second time and it was much easier.
