Rules :
1. Normal Sudoku rules apply.
2. Digits cannot repeat on a main diagonal (marked in blue).
3. Digits on a green line must differ from their neighbours on the line by at least 5.
4. Black dots connect cells containing digits in a ratio of 2:1 (ie one digit must be double the other). White dots connect cells containing consecutive digits. All black and white dots are given.
5. No, I did not forget to put the black and white dots.

Gorgeous puzzle, thanks for sharing. Well executed combination of my favorite constraints. Loved how negative kropki worked. Some quality time spent with my crayons.
