Coordinated Killers

A little while ago, the idea that killer clues could be read as cells coordinates popped up in my mind after seeing one of djorr's look-and-say puzzles.
I had just solved all the puzzles using the amazing coordinate arrows variant invented by Piatato and Aaronymous, who made true masterpieces out of it that I highly recommand you attempt.
So I thought it was worth the shot to try and make a puzzle with ambiguous cage clues that are either killer, or coordinates.

I hope you'll enjoy what I came up with, it demanded a great deal of efforts and patience to get to that result.
Huge thanks to filuta, Piatato, Aaronymous, Dimono for inspiring, testing, and helping improve this puzzle.
Thanks to all the testers of the successive versions on the discord, especially Agent for the live solve.

The average difficulty estimation from testing feedbacks was around 4.4/5, so I propose 4 but it could feel closer to a 5/5 as well. Have fun solving, I'll be happy to read your comments :-)


Rules :

Normal sudoku rules apply. In cages, digits may not repeat and each cage (clued with a small number in its top left corner) is either a killer cage or a coordinate cage.
In killer cages, the clue gives the sum of the digits in the cage.
In coordinate cages, the clue spells out the coordinates of a cell that is the sum of the digits in the cage.
It's up to the solver to determine which cage is which.

Example : if a cage's clue is 12, then its digits either sum to 12, or to the digit contained in R1C2 (first row, second column). Here is an example 6x6 puzzle to illustrate the ruleset. I think it's also funny to solve and should be fairly easy, it can be played here in the CTC app or here in f-puzzles.

Really beautiful puzzle! The build-up to the hardest point was fun, and that main deduction was thrilling to find! Really satisfying solve, thank you @Samish for the construction.

Can you please explain the rule set further? I don't understand your example. (eg the cage in column 1 has a 3-2 pair. That doesn't add up to the cage total of 11. But it also doesn't sum to the digit in R3C2.)
