Rules.
1. Normal Sudoku Rules apply.
2. The two numbers in the marked cages are only orthogonally adjacent at the cage.Such cages are called Unique Dominoes.
Below is the puzzle, it's a bit hard to rate the difficulty but a good break-in will instantly simplify the puzzle.

Hmmm, I guess I did not find the right break-in... At one point in time I tried to rule out one option and that path lead me to the final solution... So in fact I was just lucky...

Removed the sentence "all unique dominoes are given" as that don`t help in solving.
