Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Arrows: digits on an arrow must sum to the number in the circle they are attached to.
Negative-Diagonal: digits on the negative diagonal cannot repeat
White dots: cells who share a white dot must be consecutive (no negative constraint)
I've put some cosmetics to distinguish the arrows

This was a bug indeed. Took me a bit to fully understand the implications of all the compounding arrows, but then it flowed very nicely. Cool puzzle!
