My estimate for the difficulty is 3+ stars. There are a few tricky steps along the way, but remembering the multiplication tables (and even better, the divisor tables) will help you a lot.

Rules:

Normal sudoku rules apply. Digits in a cage sum to a total which is a multiple of each digit in the cage. Digits may repeat within a cage if allowed by other rules.
