Rules :
1) Chaos construction Sudoku Rules: each row, column, and region contain the digits from 1 through 9 with no repeats. It is up to the solver to infer the regions. Each region is a set of orthogonally connected cells.
2) Parity Party Rules: a clue outside the grid indicates the sum of cells encountered when moving through the grid from that vantage point, up to and including the first odd digit, or up to and including the first even digit. If the clue is less than 10, it could be fulfilled by a single digit. All clues are indicated with a question marks which correspond to the same value for all of them.
3) For each cells part of a parity party clue (a) Cells with same parity belong to the same region (b) Cells with opposite parity belong to distinct regions
4) Odd/Even Rules: the grey square is even and the grey circle is odd.
