I needed to note any number with its possibilities down, else my brain wouldnt be able to remember all of them. I wrote them down like this:
1 c1r4
4 c1r1
1 c4r1
as example for the given 1
was a pretty good brain teaser

one question that I did not understand, the super index rule. It's always that the row becomes the number, the column becomes the row and the number becomes the column? Or every number has to make a combination of "transformations of row into something, number into something and column into something?
@Guillem98 Each of the three numbers appears in each of the three positions ONCE EACH. So, if the number 7 is in Row 2 Column 4, then you must switch all 3 numbers to get a second cell, and switch all 3 numbers again to get the third cell.
So- if 7, 2, 4 is correct, then 2, 4, 7 is correct and 4, 7, 2 is correct. -Will Power

I am starting to get this super index constraint, but it still leaves my brain tied up in knots. Nice puzzle!!
