Equilibrium

About a month ago, there was a string of truly magnificent puzzles whose logic was primarily based on two-cell arrows (those by Playmaker6174, Niverio, and Qodec). Inspired by these, I set out to create an arrow sudoku that does not contain three-cell arrows. I also wanted to challenge myself to make a grid that is mostly symmetrical, which I found particularly difficult, but I'm very happy with the end product.
Similarly to Sealed Fate, this grid incorporates a break-in idea that I have sat on for quite a while. This is a hard puzzle that maintains its difficulty until the end, and while its path is quite linear, it contains many lovely deductions. I hope you enjoy Equilibrium :)

Rules
Sudoku: Normal sudoku rules apply.
Arrow: Digits along an arrow must sum to the digit in that arrow's circle.
Odd: Cells containing filled grey circles must contain odd digits.
Inequality: The value of r8c7 is less than that of r8c8.

Magnificent! Couldn't have picked a better puzzle for my 500th solve on this site :) And yeah, have to agree, that was gorgeous, but also brutal which made it even more rewarding!
