World Wide Whispers

This is an introductory puzzle to a constraint I've been exploring, which I call Global (Dutch) Whispers. It likely is not new, but I've not seen anything like it before...please contact me or comment if you have a reference. I hope you enjoy!
Rules
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Global (Dutch) Whispers rules apply: Each cell is orthogonally adjacent to at least one cell whose digit has a difference of at least 4 with the digit in the original cell.
Solution code: Row 7 followed by column 8 (18 digits, left to right, top to bottom, no spaces/commas).

Really enjoyed the logic on this one with the unusual rule playing a part well into the solve.
