Normal sudoku rules apply. Digits in a circle appear at least once each in the four surrounding cells. Digits on a purple line form a set of consecutive digits (in any order).

Tricky break-in for newcomers like me, but teach a man to fish and he will learn to break into puzzles like this on his own eventually :)
Very fun puzzle after the break-in and I have a soft spot for visually stunning puzzles like this one!
