The 8th Room

Nowadays, the numbered rooms constraint has been trending in the sudoku community, so I've decided to try and set a puzzle combining numbered rooms and arrows. I hope you enjoy the puzzle and any feedback is appreciated.

Rules:
1) Normal Sudoku rules apply:
Place the digits 1-9 into each cell of the grid. None of the rows, columns or boldly outlined 3x3 boxes contain repeated digits.

2) Normal Arrows rules apply:
The digits along each arrow must sum to the digit in the circled cell. Digits may repeat along an arrow if permitted by other rules.

3) Normal Numbered rooms rules apply:
Clues outside the grid indicate the digit which has to be placed in the Nth cell in the corresponding direction, where N is the digit placed in the first cell in that direction.
