- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Adjacent numbers on a German whisper line (green) must have a difference of 5 or greater.
- Digits on a Region Sum line (blue) must have an equal sum within each region is passes through.
- Numbers that appear in the cells with a white dot between must be consecutive.
- Numbers that appear in the cells with a black dot between must have a ratio of 2:1.
- Not all dots have been given.

Green is German whisper, I assume. Please add that to description for newcomers like me.
Or is it even green? I ran into a contradiction quite early and I'm pretty sure it wasn't me being dumb

Yes, German Whisper lines are green;
Region Sum lines are blue.
These are the default (traditional) colors for these constraints.
