Multiple-Constraint Sudoku

Normal sudoku rules apply. Here comes the additional constraints:
Anti-Knight: Cells connected with a chess-knight move could not contain same digits.
Anti-King: Cells connected with a chess-king move could not contain same digits.
Disjoint Groups: No digit can appear in the same position in different 3x3-blocks.
Non-Consecutive: There exist no neighbouring cells with consecutive digits.
Renban Lines: Gray lines are renban lines, i.e., they must contain a set of consecutive, non-repeating digits in any order.
Thermometers: Digits must increase in value from the bulb end.

Likewise, this one was quite tough for me, and I also soon forgot about disjoint!
