Short Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply within the white 9x9 square.
Standard equal/region sum lines except that outside the grid is considered another region.
Numbers outside the grid can repeat, can be greater than 9, and represent the X-sum clue for their row/column.
See the puzzle links or below for more information on what those words mean.

Long rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply within the white 9x9 square.
Blue lines have an equal sum N within each box they pass through.
For the purposes of these blue lines outside the grid is another 'region,' but numbers outside the grid do not obey sudoku rules and can repeat.
Numbers outside the grid can be any integer number, but represent the X-sums clue for that row or column. An X-sums clue gives the sum of the first X digits from the edge of the grid where X is the digit in the cell closest to the edge (first cell).
For example, if r1c2 was a 5 then the first five cells (r1c2 + r2c2 + r3c2 + r4c2 + r5c2) would be given by the number above the 5 on the blue line say 15 then the cells in box 1 on that blue line would also sum to 15.
Lösungscode: Row 6 followed by column 4 (18 digits, left to right, top to bottom, no spaces).

That was fun ! Having solved a few of your puzzles back to back, I must say I tend to recognize a setting style, and therefore be able to "sense" how you build them, which makes it easier to solve them.
Now I'm gonna watch the setting video to check if I really understood how you placed the clues in this one.

Very nice! "Cascade" is a great verb for how the logic unfolds. Solving this was a welcome crash-course on both X-sums and region lines, which are constraints I don't have much experience with. Thanks!

Very nice logic throughout the puzzle. Love the idea and the execution. Now off to watch the setting video...
