Chaos Deconstruction: Position Sums

A number placed on a cell with an arrow indicates the total number of empty cells in the direction of that arrow. A cell with an arrow must not be empty.
An inner outside clue indicates the sum of the first two numbers seen when looking into the grid from the location of the clue. We call those two numbers A and B. An outer outside clue indicates the sum of the numbers in the Ath and Bth cells when looking into the grid from the location of the clue. If an outer outside clue is present, it guarantees the Ath and Bth cells are nonempty.
If an outside clue is colored, then the summed cells belong to the same region. If an outside clue is not colored, then the summed cells belong to different regions. A question mark may be any positive integer.
Lösungscode: Row 6 followed by Column 6, ignoring blank cells

Very fun puzzle!
Not too difficult, but a lot of fun logic. Pretty interesting clues that I haven't seen before, but enjoyed. Definitely enjoyed all the weird regions shapes as well.

What a masterful puzzle. Incredibly intricate and well constructed. I broke it the first time, came back to it a week or so later, got quite a long way in before breaking it again. Then I realised my mistake - a rash assumption as usual - and was able to backtrack a little. Thanks KNT.

What a great puzzle ! Remembered me a puzzle by Jesper I think, but with a hint of KNTesque flavour here and there. Had to remind myself several times that A+B didn't have to be orthogonally adjacent...

@bansalsaab, no an arrow cell cannot be empty.
@dandbdi. the regions themselves must be orthogonally connected (like in a normal chaos construction). There is no restrictions about where they are in relation to each other, as you can see in the example grid.
