Normal sudoku rules apply.
XXV: The 4 cells surrounding an XXV circle must sum to 25 and may not repeat.
XII?: Cells separated by an XII? circle must sum to either 12 or 13. It is up to the solver to figure out which ones are which.
Diagonal: The diagonal from R9C1 to R1C9 must contain a set of unique digits.
No negative constraints: Not all circles are necessarily given.
