Hook, Line, and Sinker
This puzzle is a collaboration between myself and grkles. Please check out their puzzles as well as he is a fantastic setter with astounding puzzles.
Rules:
1. Normal sudoku rules apply
2. Digits in a cage cannot repeat and must sum to the total in the cage (Killer)
3. Digits on blue lines have the same sum in each region they pass through (Region Sum Lines)

Very difficult throughout, but so rewarding as each deduction leads to another. 60 minutes is a long solve for me.
