Another great Will Power design. Fun but challenging (for me).

Loved it! I really liked how the logic kept bouncing back and forth between the different quadrants of the puzzle. Thanks for another fun puzzle Will!

Seemed a bit intimidating at first. But the logic played through nicely. Thank you for the puzzle.

Well, I did it again from the beginning, and it turned out that it was my fault... It seems that the CTC solution check is not reliable. I'm sorry
@Mr.CHEN Thank you for playing. I just want everyone to enjoy. -Will Power

@Mr.CHEN Is it possible you have copied the black dot too far left? Your solution works if the left black dot is between R3C1 and R4C1. The correct dot is between R3C2 and R4C2 (in the picture). You only need to exchange the 46 in column 1 with the 63 next to it and correct the 43 in row 8 to complete. I have deleted your last comment with your solution so it is not visible to people attempting the puzzle. Thank you for playing. Peace to you. -Will Power

@Mr.CHEN: In your solution the leftmost black circle fails, 6:4 is not 2:1 ratio.

The solution code seems to be wrong.
@Mr.CHEN Please tell me what you input for the code and I will look at it. The solution I have is correct. -Will Power
@Mr.CHEN Most of the answer is correct. However, when I input your solution into Row 9 and Column 1 to start, I find issues with the rest of the puzzle. I find two 8 in column 2, two 8 in box 4, two 6 in box 1, and more issues. Are you sure you have two black dots, five X, two V and 10 white dots in the puzzle? Also, please be sure that the numbers on all purple/pink lines are a consecutive set, in any order. Thank you. -Will Power
NOTE: I have deleted the proposed answers from Mr.CHEN because they were very close to the correct solution. However, I have not removed the rest of the conversation. -Will Power

Your puzzles seem to right where I can get at the logic. Thanks for helping me along as I try to progress to more difficult grids. Didn't get started until my late sixties.

Very nice puzzle. Wasn't the hardest one I've ever solved, but it was fairly difficult, pretty much having the perfect amount of challenge.
