The Oscilloscope

This puzzle was featured in Cracking the Cryptic on June 4, 2022.

Rules:

1. Normal sudoku rules apply.

2. Oscillator line. The red line is an oscillator line, along which digits alternate being high (more than 5) and low (less than 5).

3. Little killer. Clues outside the grid give the sum of the digits along the indicated diagonal (and may include repeated digits if permitted by other rules).

4. Main diagonal. Digits may not repeat along the main diagonal marked in blue.

5. Palindrome. Grey lines are palindromes, which read the same forwards and backwards.

6. Arrow. Digits along an arrow sum to the digit in that arrow's circle.

7. Even. The cell with an opaque grey square contains an even digit.
