The rules do not seem to be set up correctly on sudokupad. If I place a 1 in Cell 2 of Box 8, it will not allow me to place a 1 in Cell 9 of Box 5, because of the 1 in the same cage. But the instructions say that numbers may repeat in cages. The 33 cage is impossible without repeating digits, but the checker won't allow a repeat in that cage. That contradicts the "repeats are okay" rule.
@BKKGarrett Hello. You are correct that SudokuPad error checking labels two pairs of cells red because they repeat in cages. Please give me grace on this one, and solve without the solution checker engaged. It will allow you to continue. At the end, it will not tell you that you are complete, but your solution code will be correct in LMD. I created this puzzle before I was aware of the way SudokuPad automatically sets up puzzles when I convert from F-Puzzles. I use the word "regions" instead of "cages" in more recent puzzles with this rule, and SudokuPad does not give the false errors anymore. Peace to you. -Will Power
@BKKGarrett Looking back, some of my favorite puzzles are exactly the same way. If you can excuse the irregularities in the solves, I encourage you to see my puzzles called "Pretzel und Rotbier", "Oil and Water", "Mingling Swarms" and "Build a Hamburger", all from the year 2022. I'd tried this puzzle once before and got stuck. It fell out nicely this time. Probably wasn't being careful about all the rules. Love Will Power puzzles.

Quick side note: Sudokupad (CTC) doesn't recognize the solution because it thinks digits can't be repeated in cages. No idea if this is an easy fix or not
