Rules:
Standard Sudoku rules apply.
Numbers along arrows must sum to the number in the circle.
Numbers outside the grid (i.e., on arrows or in circles) are sandwich sudoku clues, and give the sum of digits appearing between 1 and 9 in that row or column.
In cells seperated by a diamond, the digit in one cell is the square of the digit in the other
