Note: I wasn't completely satisfied with this puzzle, so I created another puzzle called Bisection. The latter puzzle uses a lot of the same tricks, but it has a more interesting solve path. If you haven't tried it, I highly recommend you solve that puzzle instead of this one.
Normal sudoku rules apply. Digits along an arrow sum to the digit in that arrow's circle.
