The Vanished Magician
Rules:
1. Normal sudoku rules
2. Stretched magic square: There is a stretched magic square in one of the disjoint sets (eg R1C1, R1C4, R1C7, R4C1, R4C4, etc.), where each row, column and diagonal of the stretched magic square sums to the same number. Digits cannot repeat within the magic square. Please note that disjoint set rules do NOT apply for any other cells.
3. Green dots with negative constraint: Cells separated by a green dot have a difference of 3 or 6. All possible green dots are given.
4. Kropki dots, no negative constraint: Cells separated by a black dot have a ratio of 1:2. Cells separated by a white dot are consecutive. All possible black or white dots are not given.

What a lovely puzzle! I really enjoyed the mod 3 logic, and the interaction of that with the magic square!
