Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Digits along an arrow sum to the digit in the attached circle, two digit circles reads from left to right or top to bottom.
All arrows (including the attached circles) are palindromes and read the same from either direction.
Cells separated by a black dot have a 1:2 ratio.
Cells separated by a white dot contain consecutive digits.

Wow. This was really challenging for me. But as I discovered the logic behind the circles it was relatively straight forward. Wonderful puzzle and a lot of fun.

Really fun puzzle ! Reminded me of some "inside clue" puzzles that I have solved before. The combination of clues worked very well here ! Thanks.
