Sum Hope (Sum Lines)

The Rules:
- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- The blue lines are equal sum lines. The sum of the digits on a line within a particular region must be the same for all of the regions the line passes through. The sum applies to each individual visit a line makes to a region. Different lines may have different sums.
