Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Digits along an arrow sum to the digit in the circle.
Digits in cages sum to one of 4 different values to be determined by the solver.
Digits cannot repeat on either diagonal.
Cells separated by a black dot have a 1:2 ratio, not all dots are given.

I really liked the logic in this. Took a while because I wasn’t really getting it, and certain clues were not paid enough attention… but it was brilliant! Thank you for sharing.
