Rule set:

Normal sudoku rules apply. Lines are both Renban and Modular Lines. Modular lines: every set of three sequential digits along a line must contain a complete set of residues modulo 3, i.e. one digit from {1,4,7}, one from {2,5,8}, and one from {3,6,9}. Renban : Digits along a line must form a set of non-repeating consecutive digits, in any order. Digits joined by a white dot must differ by the number given in the dot. Not all dots are necessarilly given. Quads : Digits in a circle must appear in its four surrounding cells.
