Arrows between thorns

Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
This puzzle overlays Arrows on Between Lines to create Between Arrows, but both variants function as normal.
Digits along Between Arrow lines must have values in between the values in the circles at either end (one white, one grey).
Digits along Between Arrow lines (including the digit in the grey circle) must sum to the circled total (in the white circle).
