This is my second Chaos Construction. I'm really enjoying these, both setting and solving!

Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply,
The regions are to be deduced.
Clues outside the grid indicate the sum of the cells up until the first region boundary from that side,
the first digit in the grid from that side is always equal to the number of cells up until the first region boundary seen from that side, even if the clue is a ?.
Along thermometers digits strictly increase from the bulb end.
Digits separated by a white dot are consecutive and in the same region. Not all such dots are necessarily given.
