This Chaos Construction puzzle was created by Jakhob and wooferzfg.
Normal Irregular Sudoku rules apply, but the regions must be determined by the solver. All regions are orthogonally connected groups of 9 cells.
The blue line is a region sum line. Digits on the line have an equal sum N within each region it passes through. If the line passes through the same region more than once, each individual segment of the line within that region sums to N separately.
Solution code: Row 3 followed by Row 9

This was a very merry voyage through strange lands. The break-in was particularly clever, though I found the latter stages mind-crunchingly difficult.

I had this puzzle on hold for a while because I just could not spot the trick that would get me started. But I kept coming back to it because that blue line looked so beautiful. And it finally clicked this evening ! It's always about the secret, isn't it... So elegant ! And not that hard after all once you get the right idea in the beginning. I'm so glad I persevered and succeeded. Thanks+++
