The Edge

Rules:
- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- Circled digits contain the distance in one of the cardinal directions to one of the edges of the grid, or to the cell marked with a square. A cell on the edge of the grid is a distance of 1 from the edge and a distance of 9 from the opposite edge. A cell orthogonally adjacent to the square is a distance of 1 from the square. Cells not in the same row or column as the square do not have a defined distance to the square.
- All possible circles are given.
- White dots separate consecutive digits.
- All white dots between two circled digits are given.
- Orthogonally adjacent cells which do not both contain a circle may or may not contain consecutive digits.

Took me a while to grasp the rules but once I did it was very pleasant and not terribly difficult. Great puzzle!
