Dynamic Dots

(Published on 7. March 2022, 11:56 by Niverio)

This puzzle is a sequel to my ultimate ambiguity puzzle, Dynamic Duos. You can find the link to that puzzle here.

- Normal Sudoku rules apply.

- There are grey dots scattered around the grid. The grey dots represent one of the following 4 constraints:

- White Dot
- Black Dot
- A V Clue
- A X Clue

Which dots represent which constraint must be deduced by the solver.

- If a cell is connected to different cells via multiple grey dots, each such grey dot must have a different property in terms of which constraint it represents.

- Every single grey dot represents exactly one constraint. (Example: 2 and 3 cannot be connected via a grey dot, since the grey dot would be a valid white dot and a valid V clue.)

- There are no negative constraints. If two cells have no grey dot between them, you know nothing about their relationship.

Detailed constraint explanations:
- White Dot: Two cells connected by a white dot must be consecutive.
- Black Dot: Two cells connected by a black dot must have a ratio of 1:2.
- V: Two cells connected by a V must sum to 5.
- X: Two cells connected by a X must sum to 10.

What a super weird and neat puzzle, especially in the later half, the part around row 3 and row 4 gave me the longest sigh there xd

Very nice puzzle, and much saner than it's twin, haha! Felt more like a 3.5-4 star puzzle to me, the rules were very intuitive and the solve path felt nice and smooth.

What a top-class puzzle ! Needs total attention, but well worth the effort. Thanks for setting, @ Niverio :)

Niverio, you've outdone yourself. The puzzle flowed very well for me. One of the best 5/5s I've solved, and overall extremely rewarding. Bravo! :)
