6x6 Hypercube

(Published on 18. February 2022, 23:40 by DiMono)

This is a larger sequel to my 4x4 Hypercube, which you can solve here.

Normal 6x6 sudoku rules apply, except that one grid uses the digits 1-6, one grid uses the digits 2-7, one grid uses the digits 3-8, and one grid uses the digits 4-9. Which grid uses which digits must be determined by the solver.

In the finished solution, the relative digits in each grid will be in the same place. i.e. if the top row of the 1-6 grid is 123456, then the top row of the 2-7 grid will be 234567, etc.

Digits along an arrow sum to the digit in the attached circle and may repeat if allowed by other rules.

Digits in a cage sum to the value in the top left corner of the cage, if given, and may not repeat.

Lovely colorful puzzle ! I started solving it like one of your orbs, where you had to put things in a giant equation to make that global deduction around the grid. Then I started coloring and forgot about heavy maths... Thanks :)

Rally cool concept and puzzle, especially the last disambiguation, thanks.

Wow, so I got sniped not just once, but twice, for the triggering of the rating haha
If it's my comment that drew that extra attention to this puzzle, I'm real happy about that, this puzzle is absolutely superb and if anything, deserves even more attention than the 4x4, what with the added complexity
Absolutely loved the way the differents clues (and grids) team up, makes the path feel really solid, otherwise I'd have had a lot more trouble solving this XD
