Normal Sudoku rules apply. Numbers with a black dot between them are in a ratio of 1:2. Numbers on thermometers must increase from the bulb end. Numbers on arrows sum to the arrow's circle. All 8 arrow circles are different values. Arrow circles in the same row increase from left to right.
Solution code: Row 1 and column 1, no spaces.

Fun puzzle! I'm sure I'd solve it much faster if I actually read the ruleset - ha! I was able to solve without the need for the smallest thermo, though
