Find The Boundaries

Irregular sudoku: Each row, column and region contains digits 1-9 exactly once.
Boundaries of some regions are given, others must be deduced.
Little killer: Clues outside the grid show the sum of the indicated diagonal, which may include repeat digits.
Cages: If a distance from a cell to it's orthogonaly farthest boundary equals
exactly to the cell's value, then the cell is in a cage. The cell itself must be included in the distance count. (See examples below.)
