Here's my third chaos construction puzzle, and the first time I was able to successfully use negative constraints in one! If you're feeling stuck, check out the walkthrough of the solution below. Hope you enjoy it!
Rules:
Each row, column, and region must contain the digits 1–9 exactly once. Regions must be determined.
Digits inside of a cage must sum to the total, if given.
All instances of adjacent cells summing to 5 are marked with a "V" or "?". All instances of adjacent cells summing to 10 are marked with an "X" or "?". All instances of adjacent cells summing to 15 are marked with an "XV" or "?".
Adjacent cells summing to 5, 10, or 15 must be in separate regions. Adjacent cells within a cage must be in separate regions.

SPOILER ALERT Video of Rangsk's Solve
Puzzle:
Solution code: Type the 9 digits (no spaces) of the region containing R5C5 as follows: 1st row of region left to right, 2nd row of region left to right, etc.

I broke this a few times because I was tired, but I managed to get through it in the end. Such a beautiful puzzle!

After an easy start, the difficulty ramps up steeply and stays high pretty much to the end.
Interesting and clean logical path.

Absolutely loved this puzzle! I agree with the others who said that the negative constraints were useful, but not unreasonable to find. Thanks so much for making this.
--------
@clohrmann Thanks! I went through many iterations of this puzzle until I felt like the negative constraints were manageable, so I'm glad to see solvers are finding that to be the case.

This is great! I really love the negative constraints. Solving was fun from start to finish. :)
---------
@Krokant So glad to hear that!

Very nice and beautiful puzzle! It resolves smoothly once certain symmetries are established. Also, there is no unreasonable screening for the negative constraints. Great puzzle, thank you!

@twobear Thank you so much!
