I was inspired by Phistomefel's brilliant Roman Whispers and came up with a similar german whispers / negative constraint puzzle.
This puzzle combines German whispers with negative Kropki dot (both consecutive and ratio)
Rules:
1. Normal classic rules apply
2. Adjacent digits along a line must have a difference of at least 5.)
3. The digits in two orthogonally adjacent squares cannot be consecutive or in a ratio of 1:2. (negative kropki)
Puzzle:
Solution code: Row 9

Is this a joke? Even with bifurcation on boxes with the lines you are left with a lot of options.
