No Surprises

I was told that this is slightly more difficult than a 4/5 puzzle, but not quite 5/5 for difficulty. Kindly let me know if you think this is accurate or not, and I will adjust the rating accordingly.

Rules:

Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Digits cannot repeat on the marked main diagonals.
Clues outside the grid with arrows give the sum of digits along the indicated diagonal. Digits can repeat on these diagonals if allowed by the other rules.
Clues outside the grid without arrows give the sum of digits between 1 and 9 in the indicated row or column.
White dots separate consecutive digits. Not all such dots may be given.
