Sum-thing's Wrogn
Rules
Normal sudoku rules apply. Normal rules apply for killer cages, sandwich sums, and arrows, except that for each clue, the indicated total (the number printed in the clue or given by digits in the arrow circle/pill) does not match the actual sum of digits. Instead, a clue's indicated total gives the sum of digits on one other clue in the grid (which may be a different clue type). No two clues have the same total.
Normal constraint rules:

Very nice puzzle.
I love the title. Something definitely feels Wrogn at the beginning, until figuring out the way to work around the ruleset. ;)
And I really appreciate the fact that it doesn't falls into plenty of calculations, or a massive option elimination, but is rather very logical.
Very nicely done. Hope it gets more solves. Thank you! ^_^
