Battle With The Archers 27: Between Friends and Enemies (part 1)

For the next part, I'll try a version with lockout lines :)
Rules:
- Normal Sudoku rules apply: every row, column and 3x3 box contains digits from 1 to 9 each once.
- Digits along an arrow must sum to the digit in the circle cell attached to that arrow. Digits along an arrow can repeat if allowed by other rules.
- Digits along the line that has two circles as its ends must lie between the digits in the circles, i.e. digit in one circle is greater than all digits along the line, while digit in other circle is smaller than all digits along the line (of course, digits can repeat along a line if allowed by other rules as well).
Note: some of the arrow circles lie on an end of a between line so be mindful.
