The digits in each of the between lines (Excluding the circle cells) must sum to the same total. The total needs to be deduce by the solver. Digits may repeat in a between lines if allowed by other rules. (Don't count the circled cells in the sum).
The black Kropki dot separates cells with 1:2 ratio. Not all dots are given.

Wanted to change the difficulty to 4 but it seems 3 is OK.
