Every row, column and compass region must contain the digits from 1 to 9. If there is at least one arrow pointing to a cell, that cell contains the sum of the numbers of cells belonging to the regions where the arrows come from, in the respective directions of the arrows. If there are several arrows in a cell, one or more can contribute for a value of 0. For instance, from the example:
All the possible arrows and combinations of arrows are given. This means, for instance, that if there were no up arrows in the green cells marked with an X in the example, these cells couldn’t contain a 5 since there are 5 green cells above this row. Enjoy! |

There are very few things that feel better than finishing one of your fierce Compass Sudokus. I have loved every puzzle in this series, and this was yet another stunning masterpiece!
