Digits along an arrow must sum to the digit in its circle. (The two cell circles are two digit numbers read from left to right). Digits can repeat along arrows if allowed by the other rules.
In cages, digits must sum to the small clue in the top left corner of the cage. Digits cannot repeat within a cage.
The indicated diagonal cannot contain a repeated digit.
