I miswrote the solution code for this puzzle when I posted it 2 hours ago. The solution code is correct here. Sorry.

Rules:

Normal sudoku rules apply.

Box 5 is a Magic square. i.e All the rows, columns and diagonals have to sum to the same number in that box.

In cages digits must sum to the number in the top left corner of the cages (if given). Digits may not repeat in cages.

Numbers outside the grid give the sum of the digits along the indicated diagonals. Digits may repeat along the diagonals.

Digits along arrow's must sum to the digit in the circle.

Two digits on the grey line must sum to the third digit.

Grey squares are even digits.

Grey circles are odd digits.

White dots separate 2 consecutive digits.

Black dots separate 2 digits with a 1:2 ratio.
