Very nicely constructed! I actually found this one to be easier than some of the other S-cell puzzles, and it solved very smoothly with only one or two steps where I had to spend considerable time looking for the next deduction.

@ SudokuExplorer: Sum of all the digits on an arrow equals the sum of all the digits in this arrow's circle; if as a special case there is only one digit in the circle, then it's just that digit that the ones on the arrow have to sum up to.
In your example, R3C7 is either 9 or, if it's a Schrödinger cell too, must contain two digits summing to 9.

I am a little confused by the arrow rules.
For example, if R4C6=2 and R5C6=3&4 then must R3C7 contain a 9 or contain both 5 & 6.
@SudokuExplorer sorry for the confusion! In your example, R3C7 must contain a 9, or two digits summing to 9
