Normal sudoku rules apply.
Normal arrow and thermo rules apply.
(The sum of the digits along the path of each arrow must equal the digit in the circled cell. Numbers might repeat on an arrow. Digits on thermometers must increase as one moves further from the bulb end.)
Indexer cells
When the cell is overlaid by an arrow or a thermo, its value indicates in witch column the column index of the cell is placed in the respective row. E.g. if R5C7 is a 4, the fourth column in the fifth row (R5C4) must contain a 7.
You can think of this as standard 1-5-9 sudoku rules applied to other columns. To understand this rule better, you can try my previous puzzle here.
I don't know how to properly articulate this rule, if you have a better explanation, please share it in the comments.

First to solve! It wasn't easy for me. In regular 1-5-9 they often colour the columns 1, 5 and 9 in red. Here you could colour all parts of the arrows and thermos in red for clarity.
Thanks for making this.
