Double Trouble
This one isn't too bad once you've got used to the rules
Rules:
- Digits in every row, column and region to be found by the solver contain the digits 1-9 (note that the regions are not necessarily the rows of the grid this is so it is accepted in the software)
Clues outside the grid are either 'double' or 'nothing' xsum clues.
On 'double' xsums the first x digits in that row or column + x sum to the clue outside the grid, where x is the first digit in that row or column.
On 'nothing' xsums the first x digits - x sum to the clue outside the grid.
In both cases, all x digits are included in the same region. And the next digit is not included in that region.
If an xsum clue is 'double', then all digits adjacent to x in the direction opposite to the xsum clue are part of x's region.
If the clue is 'nothing' then not all of these digits are.
All possible xsums are given.
Regions must be orthogonally connected.
The arrow points to the smaller digit.

Clarification on xsum region rules

Hi, I'm unsure about the following rules:
"In both cases, all x digits are included in the same region." but next cell might in fact be in the same ragion too, right? (at least that's how I understand the rule, however, in the example, it is always the case, than the region ends after exactly x cells, and it would also vialate the "All possible xsums are given." in the rules for the example, if I understand it correctly).
"If an xsum clue is 'double', then all digits adjacent to x in the direction opposite to the xsum clue are part of x's region." do you mean here adjacent cells not contained in the correcponding column/row for the x-sum?

Originally it stated that the next digit was in a different region but I lost it when formatting by accident will add it back in!
And yes you are right with your understanding with how that second part works
