Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply, plus digits can't repeat along the marked diagonal
- Renban: every line contains consecutive digits in any order, digits can't repeat on a line
- Killer: digits inside a cage sum to the total in the corner of the cage
- Arrow: the sum of the digits along an arrow is equal to the digit in the respective bulb
