Fairy Rings

Rules:

• Standard: Normal sudoku rules apply.
• Diagonal: Digits may not repeat on either main diagonal.
• Killer: Digits in a cage sum to the clue in the top left corner.
• Thermo: Digits on a thermometer line increase from the bulb end.

Hints:

• If a digit is missing from the Phistomefel ring or its expanded variants, where may it go on the main diagonals?
• What digits are hardest to place on the r19c19 expanded Phistomefel ring?
• Given which digits must therefore appear on the r37c37 standard Phistomefel ring's corner boxes, what pressure does this put on the expanded ring?
